Oftentimes, one of the most challenging steps in the “sales process” is closing the sale. Perhaps, a prospective customer was already “sold” yet the salesperson continued with their canned sales pitch and lost the sale or did was scared to simply  “ask” using a trial-close statement to close the deal. Timing, experience, trial & error, and persistence plays a big role in effectively closing and obtaining a sale. Moreover, he provides proven practical advise that is realistic in today’s competitive sales environment.
